About Blake

Blake is an Award-winning author and photographer, travel expert and explorer whose inspiring adventures have appeared in books, anthologies, international magazines, newspapers, and on the Internet. In 2019, Blake and his lovely wife Sheryl trekked over 1,600 miles through eight countries from Trieste, Italy to Monaco, along the backbone of the Alps following the newly established Via Alpina. That's the equivalent of 12 Mount Everests over the span of 100 days, which includes daily ascents and descents of 2,000 meters or more through mountains of cow paddies, snowfields and ice.
